Hello, the wonderful world of virtual social media! I'm starting this blog after much procrastination and thought and I guess I need to make a final push of sorts. This blog as the name suggests will try to read, analyse and 'deconstruct' the various aspects of life i.e. society, community, individuality and to go more into political terms, the state, it's institutions, politics in theory and politics in practice in everyday life. This blog will investigate into history and how it was written and still being written. It will try to investigate how certain identities are created in the society and how that influences the overall churning of the society. It will try to investigate, via various perspectives, the working of various institutions be it in India or the world. This exercise in writing overall will be an ongoing process as investigation into such things, be it all hypothetical or by academic research, take their due time. The blog may also, sometimes, venture into random philosophical-idealistic sophistry but I'll try my best to make some sense out of it.

A little about myself, I'm a student of Political science, pursuing my post-graduation and in order to harness the little skills of writing I'm starting this blog. I know I may not get that much readership (if any) but I mustn't let that influence my writing as having a readership at the moment is secondary. The main emphasis will be on writing, articulation of arguments in a coherent manner and trying to make some sense of things that has happened and is happening in the world, and also how that is influencing or shaping our world.

I'll try to update the blog on a weekly basis, that is at least one (meaningful) post per week but will depend upon constraints and circumstances as doing post-graduation, at least how it is supposed to be done, is a very tricky thing also considering if one is vying for a future in the overall field of social sciences. I'd love for your comments (please do comment WHOSOEVER reads this) as any sort of feedback, criticism of appraisal would be much appreciated.

Let the blogging begin!
